I have been a Catos customer for many years and have never had a problem and have always been treated very well. I went in on Saturday and got 3 shirts for $22.99 each and bracelets for $7.99. I got home, the bracelet wasn’t in my pocket, I called Katos, and I heard the noise of the fax machine. I went there on a Sunday and told them the $7.99 bracelet was out of my pocket. There were 2 black ladies and a white lady and the white lady told me she had to ask her manager.

She said she wrapped it in a tissue and put it in my pocket with the three shirts, which is a blatant lie and I don’t think she even watched the tape.

The rep who referred me to the area manager told me they only check the tape if someone falls or something more serious. The store rep didn’t even reach for a tissue to wrap it up. There was no handkerchief in my pocket, no bracelet, but I paid for it. I’ve done Cato. I paid $22.99 for a shirt why would I lie about a $7.99 bracelet.
